Our Strays Rescue
Meet baby Klondike! This
little kitten is one of the orphan kittens rescued and
hand raised by the volunteers of
Save Our Strays Rescue, Inc. We rescue stray,
abused, or abandoned cats and kittens;
we specialize in rescuing orphan
kittens; these kittens would otherwise
die or be put to sleep.
Save Our Strays Rescue is based
in South Florida. We are staffed and run entirely by volunteers and
our rescued cats and kittens live in volunteer foster homes.
We are proud to say that 100%
of donations is used directly to care for rescued cats and kittens.

Baby Honey and her littermates
were responsible for the creation of Save Our Strays Rescue, Inc.
We found this litter of orphaned kittens in a local park. . Their mother
was killed by a car and they were left to die. They were about one
week old and weighed less than one half of one pound each; they were
literally starving to death. That night, "spare time" and sleep
flew out the window of the office we turned into a nursery. After
many worrisome weeks and around the clock care, all of those kitten survived
and are now healthy and happy living in their adoptive homes.
